  6. Thank you, my gracious friend, for previewing the new Le Monde, this is such a treat! I went to my local H today, but it hasn't crossed the Atlanticus as of yet. Beautiful pages of bangles and bag making, so tempting. I almost resisted the lure of our dear winged messenger today but didn't -- never have, actually.
Looking forward to more lovely postings,
    xoxo

  7. Thanks for sharing! It's amazing the time and detail to put together the bags. I wish more items were still made by hand such as these.

  9. Although I have never been addicted to anything (chocolate excluded lol), I got addicted to your blog and this post is contributing to addiction to Hermes. Each time when I see the photos of fine leather, I am completely overwhelmed and start making plans about the future handbag purchases. Of course, leather is only a starting point, followed by silks, clothing and all related items. However, no cure for that addiction so far and maybe even not needed - that medication might make the life less charmy and joyful... Hugs, Lilian

  10. Ahhh MaiTai, thanks so much for this post. It is Saturday morning here and I have a warm cappuccino in hand. I am going to just sit and enjoy my coffee and study every detail of the pictures... and daydream about
a new H enamel or possibly the Ready To Wear-- which keeps getting better.

Hope it is a lovely weekend for you and your family. xxxS

  12. A heartfelt thank you, my dearest MaiTai, for all your dedicated effort in bringing us another edition of Le Monde! I miss our beloved scarves too, but when H leather is so out of this world gorgeous…and what a special edition - nothing better than being able to take a peek at the process. I don't think I've ever seen leather so creamy, supple, silky, and with such beautiful soft sheen like the fabulous piece on the cover. And how wonderfully the leather drapes in their RTWs. The chocolate ensemble at the bottom leaves me speechless - soft, rich leather tucked inside an airy, light sheer cascade, pure genius. Their photography is always so striking and playful - how delightful are the 'Petit H', shoes, and the enamels. Truly a very special treat you've given us once again, dear MaiTai. Wishing you the happiest and brightest Sunday, with all my love and warmest hugs always xx
P.S. Thank you for your sweetest words. You're so right re the subconscious correlation - you're most perfectly attuned, my dear <3

  13. Dearest MaiTai

Thank you so much for downloading Le Monde d´Hermès for us once again, showing the artisans´hard work through the process of working with leather. The photographs are beautiful and I particularly enjoy the Quadrige bracelets and the belts.
Thank you so much for your sweetest words in the last post. Wishing you a lovely, sunny Sunday. Orange, warm hugs, M.

  14. So glad you enjoyed the post, my dear ladies, many thanks for your lovely and sweet comments. I'm sorry to have to keep this short, I've kind of exhausted my writing capacities with todays's post.. Hope you all had a most wonderful weekend, and wishing you a great week ahead! xx

  15. Thanks for the wonderful preview. It's always a lovely day when Le Monde arrives, and unfortunately, we always get ours much later in the States, so this is a lovely little treat.

Some of the RTW looks especially strong for this season, and I would like to order a pair of those fabulous legs!

  16. LOL re the leg order, my dear Jerrine! I'd gladly have you receive the catalouge first, if only the new season's scarves would get here as pronto into the stores as they do across the Atlantic!

  17. One of the photos looks like the components of my bespoke Hermes purse organiser in Rose Shocking.
