MaiTai Collection in action #4

It is always a happy moment to post and share a new collage for the 'MaiTai Collection in action' series. Seeing the many different ways how the scarf and shawl rings, necklaces and bracelets are worn in all parts of the world is such a source of joy to me.

    Now, this petit papillon knot deserves further explanation and perhaps even a demo? It doesn't quite seem to be a twist wrap knot so I'm most intrigued as to how Gina used her scarf ring to such lovely effect.

    1. It's Cent Plis de Miao 90 -- chocolat/bronze/bleu moyen, colorway 09 according to the little tag that was on the scarf. Autumn/Winter 2010.

  11. It's always such a special treat to see the MaiTai Collection worn by so many your readers. I'm inspired by many of your lovely contributors, especially by lala28 who combined the mesh necklace with her Dalvi and then paired it with a chunky knit vest: brilliant!
    Thanks to all who contributed. You all look so lovely. And to Marla in the O.C.: what a sweet dog you have!
