MaiTai Collection Collage #18 - part one

Putting this post together, I made the best typo ever by mixing up an 'o' with a 'l' and calling it Coolage. Because cool it is!

The contributions are so fabulous, varied and stunning... they made my heart sing. It is always so inspiring and uplifting to see the creativity, style and looks of the beautiful and fabulous swans, ladies and gentlemen from around the globe. Thank you so much for participating, dearest Ann-Charlotte, Barb, Barbara, Catherine, Cecilia, Desert Mermaid, Eva, Faux Fuchsia, Fifi, Happy Face313, H.O., Jerrine, Jody, Johanna, Jonathan, Katja, Kaya7, La Contessa, Lanit, Lauren, lifemagazin, Macs in the City, Mademoiselle Orange, Marla in the OC, Monica, Monika, mooshooshoo, myh_myh_myh, Perla and Sharon_8000!

The post is divided into two parts because the many wonderful contributions wouldn't fit into one (and there are still a few for collage #19!)

    1. Hey, Elizabeth! Yep, it's a small world after all! Just like the song! It was so crazy when I say your Mom's pic on your blog (which I started following from Faux Fuchsia's blog roll). I had been at Roger's had been thinking about Betty--wondering how she was getting along in NorCal. And then there her picture was --talk about sending a message to the universe. I almost fell off my chair! Perhaps, you learned of this blog from me! ; > ) xo

    2. La Contessa, don't change a thing, you look fabulous in all your pictures! Thanks so much again for participating in the collage, the necklace looks stunning on you. A belated but very warm welcome to our chat corner too.. it is wonderful to have you here. Unbelievable coincidence with you and Marla connecting online through your Mom's picture on your blog (and then finding each other here too!), this is such a wonderful story. xx

  3. My, we're a good looking bunch! All the Swans are in fine feather and definitely bringing their A-game. Each collage is just a bit more exciting than the last. Give us a little more time, and Vogue will be dying to publish the pictures!

However, there are a few things I'd like to borrow (okay, steal . . . ):

    1. H.O.'s engaging smile and adorable dimples.
    2. La Contessa's utterly fabulous rose crown (welcome to the pond, LA CONTESSA.)
    3. And, of course, I must have my Newton, who has grown up before our eyes -
from a rambunctious kitten to a most handsome and seemingly sedate gentleman (or so he
    seems).

Well done Cygnes Femelles and Cygne Male (sorry, I can't figure out how to get that accent over the "a" on an iPad.)

    Best to all,
    Jerrine

    2. Well, Jerrine your Newton is sedate ten minutes a day, the rest of the time is jumping everywhere, I'm seriously thinking of asking you for cat sitting at home!
Let's go for next Vogue edition, you are right these collage become more and more glam!
      Lol,
      Catherine

    3. I'll take Newton off your hands anytime, Catherine! Of course, after a day or so of leaping about, he might find himself wearing little lead boots, but other than that, I'll take very good care of him.

You'd miss him in about ten minutes, and you know that! Life would not be the same without Mr. Rocket Cat.

      Cheers,
      Jerrine

  6. As always, thank so very much for including my pictures! It's always lovely to be in such stylish and international company. I love the turquoise/orange theme running through the collage! Well done, MT! And speaking of color/pattern mixing--Mr. H.O., please come sit by me! Love the navy striped Brenton with the minty bag and the orange Cape Cod. I spent all Spring in a vaguely similar combo: navy striped Brenton, minty scarf, and orange Cape Cod or bracelets. MT, thank you for placing me next to fellow California gal ('cause you know we like to stick together!), The Contessa and directly under Manuela, who looks adorable in her jammies! xoxo

Manuela looks so cute and comfy in her PJs. Dear MaiTai, did you ever imagine your product line would blossom as it has done? Soon you will rule the world!
