Dear Frances, I join you in the hope for a CetC reissue! The last one was in 1993, so it’s been a while.. Have a most wonderful and happy 2012 (with some orange boxes too).

NiniKnows, thank you for sharing your lovely ideas, will try the mousse knot with a 90 next! I can imagine it being wonderful with older treasures, and might try it with a DipDye too :)

So very pleased to hear you are enjoying the mousse knot, MaiTai! :-) I tried the same knot with a 90cm, and a shawl ring. Perhaps nice on cooler days when a bit more silk around the neck feels cozy. And especially nice with a well loved scarf, with a softer drape.

So happy to hear, dearest Maedi! Thanks so much for the report back, I find the effect of the shawl ring on 90 Carrés amazing too. My house will be full at Christmas, and until then I’m up to my eyeballs with baking and preparing. Hope to go in January though, looking so much forward to seeing the new windows at FSH. Goes to show that when you think you can put things aside until the next cold/warm spell, you really should leave them out handy so you can do all sorts of things. Shawl rings with a 90, a Grande ring with a Twilly...the mind boggles. ;-) I really wouldn't have tried the shawl ring with a regular scarf, but now I will. Thanks for the idea!
