  1. You look really pretty and I luff it that you mix high end things with you inexpensive knits. You look really pretty.

There is only One Maitai and you are a True Original.

No one in the blogging world is as elegant or as gracious.

In Australia we don't really celebrate Thanksgiving but I am making a turkey anyway with stuffing and serving it with green beans, cranberry sauce, sweet potato, mashed potato, and apple pie.

    Have a lovely weekend.

    1. Merci, my dear FF <3 Can't tell you how much I'm loving the grey little number.. I'll be going to the market on Saturday, hoping to find another one in brown! In France Thanksgiving is unknown, but having lived in the States for a while, we make a special dinner too. Yours sounds delicious, I only managed a roast last night. Have a wonderful weekend too xx

    1. I was surprised too by how much I liked the first combination, my dearest Manuela! No market today though, it's cold and rainy. Instead, there's a chicken roasting in the oven and a fire burning in the chimney. Have a lovely Sunday<3 xx

  5. Thank you so much for another incredible variation post, dearest MaiTai, it is such a wonderful treat - you know how much I adore them. Grey is an unbelievable color, so vast yet intimate - and the ensembles you create are all truly unbelievably beautiful.

  6. Wonderful, but I become depressed. You wrote the sweater is from the market? Is this true? And it looks like a "milliondollarbabe"-dress.

  7. Dearest MaiTai,

Again loving both looks they are fab, hope you found the perfect shade of brown jumper at the weekend market.

May i make a suggestion you might think over.

I love how you have your scarf designs by named together in the one section so easy to find, would love it if you would think about doing something similar even with pics of your fantastic collection of Hermes bags and braclets, maybe this would not be a suitable idea for your style of working but thanks for your thoughts.

  8. From one gray lover to another: You look fabulous in your new cheap and chic ensembles! I especially love the second photo, with the jeans. I agree with you, dearest MaiTai, in that gray is so versatile which is why its a staple color for me.

On the topic of gray, will you be getting in any more of the storm gray fur collars?

    Warm orange hugs, dear.

    1. Hooray to gray, my dear CS! There are so many different shades to chose from...warm and cool, with hints of red, blue, beige or yellow. Love this sweater so much because it has the exact right shade for me. The storm grey fur won't be back this year though, I am sorry... the collars I had were the last ones of the dye batch.

    2. I didn't even notice that they came in until they were gone. :-( I'll check back more often and will be poised to pounce on them should they return to stock next year. Fingers crossed! XO
