Capsule wardrobe - winter recap

Today's post is inspired by a request from Jeannalola, who reminded me that revised capsule wardrobe sheets are long overdue..

Beautiful and elegant as usual! Thank you for the inspiration. I hate to ask you to do more tasks, but you seem to have added many items to the capsule wardrobe. Any chances that you will be doing a review of the capsule wardrobe items? I think I may be losing track!

The pieces below are a recapitulation of all wardrobe items featured since last summer. Pieces with small variations (medium blue vs dark blue jeans, v-neck vs round neck sweater, jersey shirt vs cotton shirt etc) are pictured only once.

1st row: black blazer, ecru hooded top, dark blue blazer
2nd row: black shirt, rust cardigan, white shirt

1st row: checked, grey flannel and oatmeal trousers
2nd row: black and small checked trousers

1st row: grey, chocolate and khaki sweaters
2nd row: black roll neck, camel top and black v-neck sweaters

1st row: grey and camel corduroy jeans, black jeans
2nd row: red, blue and bourgogne jeans

Some of the outfit combinations of the above

With the arrival of the first spring blossoms...

a few lighter capsule pieces made an early appearance over the last couple of weeks

... and the looks they featured in

Tomorrow morning, we'll be waving good-bye to the early blossoms and petals, as were are heading back to winter in the Alps for our skiing holidays. Looking forward to snow and (hopefully) sun, and to catching up with you at the end of the month xx
