Capsule wardrobe #123 - post card from Paris

Edging closer to Faux Fuchsia's style challenge...

Good things sometimes take a while... while the spring/summer scarves already dominate the scarf counters, it was a shawl from the Autumn/Winter 2013 collection that stole my heart last week. The 'L'instruction du Roy's' elegance and structured opulance remind me so much of Paris, and it's beautiful colors (taupe, greys and browns, mixed with ecru, rust, black and sunflower yellow) made it an instant 'coup de coeur'

  3. Excuse me, is that LEOPARD print carpet????

Meanwhile it was so for here yesterday, like 40 degrees, so enjoy your Alps.

You look gorgeous, luff the outfit.

I want a brown toned scarf. And a kelly bag. Surely that's not too much to ask?

    1. It sure is, FF. I have leopard carpeting in my bedroom and love it. Nothing shows on it, and it's just plain fun.

And, no, a Kelly is not too much to ask for. Every girl should have one!

  13. Your scarf pick is perfection. I love how you showed the different sides of this scarf in the rectangular fold. The pictures are dreamy, especially the one with the spirits against the light. I have recently bought a warm yellow throw for my couch and see a lot of that color in your photos. Have a safe ski trip - I am already looking forward to pictures.
    Warmly,
