Cheap and chic - C'est la fête, part one

My 10 EUR market find sweater is still holding up fabulously, and today I teamed it up with my current favourite scarf, the 'C'est la fête' 70 carré. To make up for last week's lack of posts, there will be a couple of variations coming over the next few days.

Capsule pieces: black jeans and a grey sweater
Shoes: black ankle boots
Accessories: Hermès 'C'est la fête' 70 carré (CW12), Farandole necklace and black Birkin.

And I'd like to add that I am now a proud member of the farandole club.

I (finally) got one, after lusting for it for three years… I'm supposed to wait till Xmas to wear it though… I just can't wait!

Have a lovely weekend dear MT!

  6. Dearest MaiTai,
What a grey lover's dream outfit! Your grey sweater is one of the most beautiful shades of grey, and so very beautiful on you. Love the luscious Farandole draped behind the magical Clf. You are stunningly chic, dear MaiTai. Blowing you big December kisses xox

  7. ...you have me already figuring my outfits for next season. Handy to know red jeans go so well with a grey sweater.
    Many thanks, Smarty pants ;-)
    Cheers to you, Mandy

  8. This scarf is gorgeous, as is your delicious black Birkin. I was a little late to the world of Hermès scarves (preferring the oversized chiffon ones characteristic of Alexander McQueen), so missed the opportunity to buy C'est la fête. I am therefore hoping it is one day re-released in new colour ways. Fingers crossed!
