Hermès FSH Paris - winter windows #8

Have a wonderful weekend everyone xx

  1. Dearest Mai Tai,
As I sit here looking at the mountain of snow outside my window, along come your fresh as spring photos! What beautiful sherbet shades...especially the saddle! I can't even imagine the amount of work that was necessary to create such a work of art. Hermes is truly one of the last vestiges of master craftsmanship. ( and completely impractical equestrian accoutrements!)
    Have a splendid weekend~

    1. Keep warm and cosy, dearest Barbara! Here, January started off rainy, but now it's sunny and mild.. over the weekend we’ve been rollerblading in t-shirts. The saddle was beyond exquisite, I can’t begin to imagine how long it must have taken to make it.

  4. Dear MaiTai, the scarf ring I ordered from you arrived yesterday, it is lovely and so beautifully packaged, thank you very much. I chose the dark Mother of Pearl as I thought it would be a very versatile colour and I think it was a good choice! Now off to watch your brilliant YouTube how -to videos!.. The last scarf ring I had was metal, I dropped down the stairs while trying to arrange my scarf using the mirror on the landing; it bounced down the stairs and hit Boy 1 on the head who for some reason was sitting on the bottom step; he collapsed forwards on to his face in dramatic manner of 12 year old boy and claimed I had almost killed him...am thinking mother of pearl will be less dangerous...fingers crossed..

  7. Dearest MaiTai,

Thank you for taking us w/ you to Paris, 24 Faubourg St. Honore.

The colors are so delectable--like pink & mint frosting. A feast for the eyes.

(also, I think one of the Leila GM's ...looks like blanc/canelle/roux (???) would look smashing w/ Ms. Potiron (spiced apricot jam) Fox Scarf Fur Collar.

Would also love to see your amazing Damier GM w/ Ms. Potiron too.

Hope you had a wonderful weekend. We sure did via your 'windows' to FSH.

    Thank you!
