  9. Such lovely photographs of your home and Christmas. The first one is especially beautiful with the focus being on the garland and ornaments. The presents are all beautifully wrapped, too. (We have the same gold swirly ribbon!) Your Christmas pudding looks perfect, too. How many years have you been making it? I've already marked it on my calendar to make it for DH next year, and a way to honor his Uma. I hope mine turns out as well as yours! And at the end of the day, who doesn't deserve to kick their feet up in their new RV shoes next to a roaring fire?

Joyous holidays and warm orange hugs, dear.

  12. What lovely packages! That's the way I like mine to look, too, and I adore that chestnut wrapping paper. As the years go by, it's harder and harder to find really beautiful paper here unless you buy--of all things--wallpaper. LOL

    Happy New Year!!!!

    1. ITA about MT's packages. Also about the difficulty in finding beautiful paper. I've never used wallpaper but I have sourced paper on the net. Try Paper Source, any art supply store, Cavellini, Rifle, Smudge Ink, Holland's in MI, floral supply warehouses (found a fab reversable one this year), The Conatainer Store.

    2. I forgot to add Midori. A fine source for ribbon and paper (high cotton content).

    3. I'm back. It's Hollander's Decorative Paper & Bookbinding Supplies in Ann Arbor, MI NOT Holland's. If you like MT"s paper, look at the Florentine papers.

    4. Happy you liked the packages, dear Laura <3 Marla, dear, thank you for chiming in! The wrapping paper is by Tassotti (hope the link works). They have a beautiful range of wrapping papers, stationary, prints etc. Just checked their site.. the best news is that they ship worldwide x

    6. Dear Mai Tai, just placed an order with Tassotti. I picked up 25 sheets of various papers, and I really fell in love with the cherries, pomegranites, the two poinsettia patterns and various evergreen designs. Now I just have to wait until next Christmas! ;-)

Again, thanks so much for the link!

  16. Such gorgeous pictures of your Christmas. Thank you for sharing! Your style is perfection and I am now headed for the gym to keep my figure. Seeing you look so chic really inspired me to take off the pound or two that seems to be hanging around after all the feasting and Champaign (but isn't Moet Chandon in one of the diet food groups??) Your new Hermes bag is lovely. I am very happy with the Hermes scarf I picked up in Paris last October. I feel connected to Paris when I wear it! Merry Christmas,, Mai Tai!!!
